Spindletop Reopens

Many of you have dined at the Spindletop Restaurant in Downtown Beaumont and were much disappointed when it closed earlier this year.  I for one was sad because I was very fond of the tender and delicious Chicken-fried steak there.  Well, guess what, it's back!  Chef Chuck Harris, 31 of Beaumont, a man with obvious culinary credentials, has decided to give it another go under the new name "Spindletop Steakhouse and Continental Cuisine".  Read all about the excitement HERE.  Can't wait to go there soon!--Lorenzo
